The story behind Solace Crosshair
Some games hide the crosshair while you move, show none at all, or draw one you can barely see against a busy background. Taping a dot to the monitor is not much of a fix.
Solace Crosshair draws its own crosshair in a separate always-on-top window, centred on the monitor you choose. Pick a shape, then set size, thickness, gap, colour, opacity and outline in the Crosshair Builder, or apply a high-contrast preset. Save up to 10 profiles and switch between them with hotkeys: Alt+X shows or hides the crosshair, Alt+C and Alt+V step through profiles, and Alt+L opens Settings. Optional display gamma, contrast, brightness and saturation adjustments can apply everywhere or only while a chosen game is running. It does not inject into games, hook them or read game memory. It makes no network connections and has no account or update check.
Important: anti-cheat systems and the rules of some online or competitive games may flag or ban screen overlays, including crosshair overlays. Check each game's rules before you use it; you use it at your own risk. The app shows the same warning when it first starts. Exclusive fullscreen can hide overlays, so use windowed or borderless-windowed mode.

Settings are stored in %AppData%\Solace Crosshair. To remove the app, exit it from the tray icon and delete its folder.
