Storefront and payment data

The storefront records the product, price, payment status, package identity, and random access token needed to fulfill and protect an order. Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout and are processed by Stripe; SolaceSoftware does not ask for or store complete payment-card numbers.

Hosting and payment providers may process ordinary technical data needed to secure and operate their services, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and fraud signals, under their own terms.

Product files

Solace Redact and Solace Sweep are designed to work on the customer's Windows computer. The storefront does not receive the documents or folders processed by these programs. Do not submit private source files through any support request.

Retention and order access

Order records are retained as needed for fulfillment, refunds, disputes, accounting, security, and legal obligations. Download access may be withdrawn after a refund or payment dispute. Customers should keep their purchased package and published checksum.

Questions

No privacy or order-support intake address is active while paid orders are closed. Before checkout opens, this page, each available product page, and purchase receipts will identify the monitored contact. Ask Solace provides catalog information but does not submit a support case. Never include passwords, payment-card details, or confidential documents.
