What a purchase includes

Each product page states the supported system, package format, price, and support term before checkout. Purchases are one-time charges and do not renew automatically. Updates are included only when the product page expressly promises them and only during the stated support period.

A purchase does not remove or narrow rights granted by the open-source licenses shipped with a product. Upstream projects do not provide SolaceSoftware support and do not endorse SolaceSoftware derivatives.

Delivery and support

After Stripe confirms full payment, the order page provides access to the exact package identified at checkout. Keep the package and its checksum record. Before paid orders open, each available product page and purchase receipt will identify the monitored support contact. Ask Solace provides catalog information but does not submit a support case. Do not submit confidential files, credentials, payment-card details, or unredacted personal data.

Solace Redact includes twelve months of best-effort support and packaging updates, if released. SolaceSoftware will make a reasonable effort to respond within three business days.

Solace Sweep includes twelve months of best-effort packaging support. Its application and matching source remain GPL-3.0-only, and recipients may use, study, modify, and redistribute them under that license.

Refunds

Contact support within fourteen days if the unmodified package cannot start or complete its documented core check on a system that meets the published requirements. If SolaceSoftware cannot provide a working replacement or reasonable workaround, the purchase is eligible for a refund. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Customer responsibilities

• Review the product page, system requirements, unsigned-package disclosure, usage notice, and included licenses before use.
• Keep verified backups before processing documents or performing file operations.
• Use the software only for lawful, authorized purposes and independently review its results.

Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolaceSoftware packaging, support, and modifications are provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Applicable open-source license disclaimers also remain in force.
